Lutherans believe in the Triune God. God created and loves all of creation -- the earth, the heavens, the seas and all of the world's inhabitants. We believe that God's Son, Jesus Christ, was born of the Virgin Mary. We believe that lives are transformed through faith in His death on the cross and His resurrected life. We believe that God is active in the world today through the Holy Spirit.
As part of God's unfolding plan we connect with believers everywhere through baptism, communion, worship, confession, Bible study, and prayer. We show our gratitude for God's saving grace through acts of service and mercy, and through financial gifts to support St. Andrew's and the world wide ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church.
When we study the Bible and hear God's worship, we are drawn more deeply into God's own saving story.
